Move in day August 22nd, first day of classes August 29th.
These two dates have been on my mind since the beginning of summer and now that time is here.
For those of you who do not know, I am going to be attending Kent State University and majoring in Fashion Design this fall semester.
My feelings have been conflicting this past week, I can't decide whether I am excited or terrified for this brand new chapter of my life. Everyone and their mama has been giving me their "College Advice" and their experiences but experiencing it vicariously through everyone is not the same as experiencing it for myself.
Although, I wouldn't consider myself mentally or emotionally ready for college, I know that I am capable of accomplishing anything I set my mind to. And so are you.
So, instead of buying a whole new college wardrobe I decided to get a couple of pieces I loved and I knew would get a lot of wear. This shirt and the shoes are some of the newer items I bought.
As for the shoes, my friend Capri has some shoes similar if not the same ones I have. I knew I wanted them every time she wore them and now I finally have some. It's a pretty easy shoe to wear since, they are black, they match almost everything in my closet. Even though it has a little bit of a heel I figured I'm tall anyways why not be a little bit taller.
