Small recap of my second year of college expectations.
The first was to broaden my circle and meet new people.
The second was to be able to manage my time efficiently.
Now the third is to exercise regularly and eat healthily.
The thing is in college you are almost bound to get sick. You are in a close environment with a whole bunch of people and you are being exposed to a plethora of bad bacteria. One person coughs or sneezes in lecture, next class five people are coughing and sneezing and the class after that 15 people are coughing and sneezing. You may think this is an exaggeration but, sadly it is not.
I want to start eating a well balanced diet and exercising to build up my immune system so, I am less likely to get sick.
Getting sick means missing class. Missing class means playing catch up. And when playing catch up there is bound to be some information that is left out from your friends or even teachers notes.
Not only that but being sick cost money. If you are like me and do not like to waste money on something that is potentially preventative then maybe you should think about eating good and exercising often also.
For the outfit in order to make it a bit more school appropriate I would wear a light cardigan or jean jacket to be a bit more modest.
The red top is actually a swimsuit that I got from Etsy. I normally wouldn't go with something as revealing as a side boob but, I've been opening up more and becoming more comfortable with my body. Plus, as they say flaunt what yo momma gave ya.
I decided to pair it with this cute skirt which ends up giving the whole out fit more of a vacation vibe and puts you in a happy, calm mindset while you are on your way to class.
And then white creeper/flatform sandals finish off the look. Even though I'm tall I love creeper/flatform shoes. With this outfit that is pretty girl, to me the sandals add a little bit of edge and height (if you are shorter or simply want to be taller). They are also super easy to walk in for when you have to trek all across campus.
My cousin said I was dressed like Lilo from Lilo&Stitch |
This is me trying to twerk for y'all lil booties matter! |
