It's quite easy to get caught up in school and forget about personal projects. 

School has a tendency to dominate your life, and for me just going to class and doing homework isn't fulfilling enough. I'm just doing what I have to do instead of balancing that with what I want to do.

In order to balance that I simply have to better manage my time. Which is seriously every college students problem. I have to maximize my waking hours so that I can get school work done and work on my personal projects to be truly fulfilled. 

This is an idea that is still a work in progress in my life. So, I'll let you guys know how this time maximize thing goes. 

Fall!!

I personally am not one for cold weather. 

I do not look forward to fall or winter.

My hands turn white when there is a slight brisk in the air.

My skin becomes dry and ashy.

My nose starts to run.

As soon as I walk in to a building with the heat on 100, I peal off all my layers like an onion.

My outfits are hidden by humongous coats.

And I always tend to feel a bit more down in the colder months.

But, at least the colors are pretty.

How do you feel about the colder weather?

During the summer my Nana took me to the Yves Saint Laurent exhibit in Richmond and it was truly inspiring.

I have a bit of a rant.

I ordered some clothes from this brand on Instagram called Revice. I probably discovered it on the explorer page or one of those sponsored Instagram posts. Anyways, I was impressed with their flared pants and this denim jumpsuit since the inseam was long enough for tall people like myself, so I bought some things. 

The first thing I bought was this denim jumpsuit in July. I realized I made a mistake in the sizing as soon as I ordered it, emailed them and was assured that a note had been made and that the problem will be resolved. Well about a week later, the jumpsuit came and it was the wrong size and was sent back, of course. Which was annoying, since I emailed them about the problem before hand. I emailed again they sent me a discount code and said everything would be okay. With that code and the sale that was going on I decided to buy some of their flared jeans also. 

So, I was now waiting on my jumpsuit and the pants. Weeks go by and neither come in the mail so I email them basically saying "where's my stuff?" and they say that the jumpsuit was delivered weeks ago. So, I explain to them again the situation and that it was the wrong size, sent back and blah, blah, blah. They said sorry for the issues and reordered the jumpsuit. As for the pants they had run out of stock. In my opinion, if you run out of stock of a certain item your website should specify that. But, they said that they are getting a restock in a couple of weeks and that it would ship then. This was probably around the end of July beginning of August when this happened.

I eventually get my jumpsuit in the mail after about a month from originally ordering it. As for the pants I emailed them again when they said they were going to restock and they said there was a delay and blah, blah, blah. So, I emailed them again, I was probably in school during this time, a little over a month from ordering and they said it would be shipped out as soon as possible. Emailed them in September, and again, it would be shipped out as soon as possible.

Y'all it is now October and I still do not have these pants and I ordered them in July. 

Do I love the jumpsuit? Yes, it perfectly fits my long legs and fits really nice around my little booty. The top part does not fit as well but, that is something that can easily be fixed with tailoring. But, was it worth all the effort it took to finally get it?? I don't know.

Do you guys think its worth it?

As for the flared pants I'm going to email them... again... and I'll update you guys later.
