I feel like every other content creator is talking about the new year.
Reminiscing on 2017 and making goals for 2018.
I guess I might as well hop on the band wagon also.
2017: It wasn't that bad. I ended my freshman year of college with a 3.6 GPA. I went to Korea and got my first job and my first real taste of money stocking shelves at the Commissary. I got to go skydiving. I got to go to a music festival and see Goldlink. For my first semester of my sophomore year I was really struggling but, I made it through. I got to see Kid Cudi (my favorite music artist ever) in concert. I got D's on my first two drawing portfolios and began to question my whole life but, I ended the class with a B. I also got to see SZA, Smino, and Raevyn Lenae in concert. Yup, that's pretty much it.
My 2017 was okay. I don't meant to make my accomplishments seem less than, but I feel like I should be doing more.
For 2018 I do have some goals that I would like to accomplish but they are a secret.
As soon as I do accomplish them ya'll would be the first to know.
One thing I will tell you guys that I am going to start doing in 2018 is keeping track of my accomplishments because I don't do that. So, each year's end as I am looking back, I feel as if I haven't progressed in my life. I feel stagnant. In order to keep track of my accomplishments i'm simply going to write it down on a slip of paper fold it and put it in a cute little jar. This way I can read them at the end of the year and it my also give me motivation to fill up the jar.
I finally got me a pair of tear-away pants!!
When I saw the trend I thought they were cute but, I didn't wanna go to Forever 21 and buy something that I was pretty sure I could find at the thrift store.
Even though it took a couple of months I found them. Not only are they tear-away but, they are also Tommy Hilfiger. Not your basic pants but, Tommy. Tears fall from my eyes just thinking about when I came across them.... okay, not really but, it is still a pretty cool find. The thrift gods were with me that day.
The top I'm wearing is also thrifted and cropped by me.
I decided to pair it will these pants to add some color and also make it more feminine. The oversize pieces give it a boyish charm but the midriff and fish nets give it that bad ass chick vibe. And honestly, what is a bad ass chick without some flame shoes, which tie all the colors together.
The Outfit:
Shirt:Thrift, Similar
Pants:Thrift, Similar
Shoes:Vans
