Photo Diary: The Garden of Morning Calm

By Imani Johnson - December 25, 2015

Merry Christmas everybody!!!

I hope everyone has enjoyed, is enjoying, and will enjoy this day of family and giving!

Here are some photographs of when my family and I went to The Garden or Morning Calm in Gapyeong, South Korea.
If you ever plan on coming to Korea this should be on your list of places to see. Although, it was extremely cold when we went so, I may suggest going when the weather is milder.

But, it was a beautiful light display and the garden was completely illuminated.
The lights were in every place possible, and in almost every color possible.

Each time we went around the garden we saw something new and interesting that we had missed the first time. As we walked through the park Christmas music was playing and off to the side they had a little cafe where you could go and order hot chocolate, tea, or coffee in order to warm up.

It was an intriguing experience that I was delighted to capture through these pictures.
This was my first time ever shooting in the dark so it was cool to try and figure out my camera and get the best picture possible.

Anyways, I hope these pictures put you in the Christmas Spirit!
