Ohio, a state in which I know almost nothing about. Besides the Cleveland Cavaliers, Kid Cudi, harsh winters, and my Physical Science teacher from freshman year living here, this place might as well be foreign.
It is a place where my closest family is approximately 5 hours away in New Jersey and my closest friends are 9 hours away in South Carolina.
Why did I choose to attend a school so far away from the things that I'm used to?
I have never been in one place continuously for more than 7 years and in those 7 years I never stayed in one school for a long period of time or one school district. I've been to 4 or 5 elementary schools, 3 middle schools and 3 high schools.
I have what is called 'wanderlust' it is almost innate with in me to travel, explore, and experience new things. I'm always looking for something new to do or some place new to explore. Maybe it's the military brat within me because I've never understood how people have never left their state or have never travelled outside of the south or north or east coast or west coast.
I guess, what I'm trying to say is that I don't feel bound to any one place. I feel as if the world is open for me to explore if, I choose to. So, why not?
This outfit is crazy trendy, it's weird because I'm usually not the trendy type.
But, I have on an off the shoulder shirt (trend), with the tie up detail (trend), with a button down A-line skirt (trend), in the color olive (trendy color), with my fake Birkenstocks (trend). This outfit might as well have come straight off of Forever 21 clothing racks.
So, tell me why the day after I bought this bag from JC Pennys or Macys, one of those big stores, the strap broke. Mind you the bag retail price was about $70 -$80 but, it was on sale for like $35. Thought it was cute, convinced mom to buy it, and broke. Mom was mad, I was mad, I thought super glue would be an easy fix, I was wrong. Moral of the story, buy good quality bags.
